 Welcome Y'all to the Official Web Site of the BR Lightning Ranch.  We're glad ya stopped by!  For those of you who haven't heard of us we're located in the heart of cowboy country outside Bandera, Texas - just minutes from  San Antonio.  If your lookn' for a true taste of country livin' look no more- you've gone and found it!

BR Lightning Ranch offers a variety of activities and event hostings for almost any occasion.  Everything from weddings, to company picnics.  We do it all out here!  Hey, and don't forget that our rustic cabins are just perfect for all you overnight city slickers looking for a relaxn' get away!

Also enjoy our Movieland Animals.  You may have seen some of them on the big screen.  Visit the petting zoo where you can pet and feed the animals.  Camels, Ostrich, bison , zebu, yaks, water buffalo, zebra, wallaby, oryx.

Want to know how to find Lightning Ranch?
Just take Hwy. 16 North from Loop 1604 in San Antonio, Texas.  Go 22 miles northwest to the community of Pipe Creek.  There take a left on FM 1283 and then just 7/10 mile to the  Lightning Ranch.  Look for the white horse on top of the gate.
