Special Cancellation Policy for Lightning Ranch

BR Lightning Ranch must given at least 3 day cancellation in advance, the deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 processing fee. Reservations cancelled 2 days or less prior to the stay will be charged for one full  day  at the booking rate. There is no refund for early check-out.

Rates include cabin and breakfast but does not include horse back rides.

Horseback rides per person rates:

One hour ride $37.50
Two Hour ride $80.00
Half day with lunch $160.00
 

Short rides for kids under 8 years $10.00

State and local taxes are 6.75%
