Special Cancellation Policy for Lightning Ranch BR Lightning Ranch must given at least 30 days cancellation in advance, the deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 processing fee. Reservations cancelled 29 days or less prior to the stay will be charged for the full booking rate. There is no refund for early check-out. All payments made to BR Lightning Ranch 818 FM 1283, Pipe Creek, Texas 78063 Rates include cabin and breakfast but does not include horse back rides. Horseback rides per person rates: One hour ride $30.00 Two Hour ride $65.00 Half day with lunch $120.00 Full day with lunch $150.00 Overnight with meals $225.00 Short rides for kids under 6 years $10.00 A 15% service charge is required on rides 2 hours and over. State and local taxes are 6.75%
